"Working with Carol as first time buyers was a joyful experience. "Carol did an extraordinary job as the real estate agent who sold our property. It was an unusual place, lots of land with an 1890's farmhouse, so there were no true comps. Somehow, she found the right price, and also realized we would do better by selling a lot separately. Carol had nerves of steel in maintaining the price, and only advised lowering it after substantial time had gone by. She always responded to us quickly, and also advised us well in which finely-tuned improvements should be made. In sum, Carol is honest, kind, responsive, highly knowledgeable and intelligent. I already recommend her to anyone who needs an agent."
