If you love a brick home with history, than this is your place. It was built in 1870 just down the road from the historic Tiffany Glass building. The house was once a Habitat for Humanity project 20 years ago that became a home, but now it is in need of a new family who wouldn't mind added some TLC to the place. Some updates have been done, such as a roof, new floors with exception of one room and new electric baseboards in some areas. The basement does have the original dirt floor and does get damp with heavy rains but over all a decent starter home. Not all rooms are in photos so come take a peak.
